this little EP originally had more songs and was not meant to be entirely instrumental. long story short, these three songs survived a series of software issues that i'm sure other self-produced, home studio, electronic and semi-electronic musicians can occasionally identify with. still, it felt like a good way to wrap up a chapter of ares descending. being a dad has become my new full-time job, so i'll be taking a little break from my music for awhile. hope you all like the new tracks. they were recorded over the summer of 2014, and the lovely artwork was contributed by my talented brother.
